The thing that stuck with me most wasn't a system or a process, it was watching talented leaders and their businesses quietly fall apart from the inside because nobody had ever built the foundations.
I was always the person who could walk into a business, identify what was broken or inefficient, and fix it. The one who asked the questions nobody else thought to ask, and the one who stayed until the dust settled.
