The Deep Dive is 90 minutes with me, unpacking what it's going to take to move beyond your project's initiation, and mapping what happens next, when, why, and how.

What does the debrief document look like?
Every debrief is built around your project specifically. There are no one-size-fits-all templates here. It could be a project brief, a scope of work, an execution roadmap, or a supplier and timeline outline. The content is dictated by what I work through with you.
Are your services virtual or in-person?
All services are available virtually. If you're based in South East Queensland and prefer face-to-face, I'm available for in-person engagements. A travel fee may apply if you're more than 10km outside of the Brisbane CBD.
How quickly can I get you started?
The Deep Dive can usually be booked within a few days. The In-Haus Workday and The Project depend on availability, so I'd recommend booking ahead if you have a specific timeframe in mind. I have limited capacity and my availability will reflect this.
What's your payment policy?
The Deep Dive requires full payment upon booking. The In-Haus Workday requires 50% of the four-week rate upfront upon booking, with the remaining 50% due at the end of the four-week commitment. Service agreements are sent for The Deep Dive, The In-Haus Workday, and The Project, and require signature before any session is confirmed.
