The In-Haus Workday
Consistent project delivery, not a one-off.
Your project list gets reprioritised every day as something new sneaks in, and the thing you actually need built keeps getting pushed to next week. The In-Haus Workday is one dedicated day a week, held for a minimum of four weeks, so the project actually gets built instead of chipped away at once and forgotten. I take on one In-Haus Workday client per month, so the spot is genuinely yours.
The In-Haus Workday
Every day your project list gets reprioritised as something new sneaks in. The In-Haus Workday is a weekly get shit done day, held every week for a minimum of four weeks, so I work on that specific deliverable with you until it's finished, not just started.
- A kickoff strategy session to scope the full four weeks, so week one starts with execution, not briefing
- A dedicated 7-hour workday every week, hands-on alongside you or behind the scenes delivering for you
- Momentum that compounds, each week builds on the last, so the project actually gets finished, not chipped away at and abandoned
- A project kickoff kit, built and rolled out across four weeks (or longer), including the brief, the timeline, an actionable RACI framework, and the communication plan. Implemented, not just designed
- A team offsite or team-building event, designed and coordinated across the four weeks, from venue and activity bookings through to the run sheet and outcomes framework
- A brand or business rollout, planned and executed week by week so every piece lands properly instead of rushed into a single day
- A software or CRM implementation, built out and tested progressively across the four-week minimum, so it's working by the end, not half-configured (staff training recommended)
A project that's finished, not just initiated, built through four consecutive weeks of deliberate, hands-on progress instead of sitting on the to-do list.
I came to Loud Haus with a website but no real business behind it. I'd built the front of house and completely neglected everything else. Loud Haus changed that.
They helped me build out a full business strategy, conduct a website audit, and finally gave me the structure and direction I didn't know I was missing. Loud Haus has a rare ability to take what's in your head and turn it into something tangible and actionable.
Blair is authentic, driven, and genuinely invested in the success of the people she works with. Loud Haus is the kind of business that will tell you exactly what you need to hear, then roll up their sleeves and help you get there. And don't let the distance stop you. I'm in Canberra and Blair is based in Brisbane, but even working remotely I could feel her passion and warmth through the screen.
I can't recommend Loud Haus enough. If you want to make some noise with your business, these are your people.
I came to Blair with my driving school idea, a car, and a very rough plan. Within weeks we had a business plan that made sense, a brand that didn't look like every other driving school, along with service offerings and pricing that reflected my eight years of experience.
Blair designed systems so I wasn't drowning in admin from day one, created my social media pages, and taught me so much about brand awareness and the importance of cohesive marketing.
What I didn't expect was how much Blair would challenge my thinking. She didn't just action what I asked for, she pushed me to get clear on what the business actually needed before I launched.
If you're starting something and you don't know where to begin, Blair is where you start.
Blair is an absolute master when it comes to strategy and business branding. It is clear that the advice comes from many years of experience. Blair not only put together an amazing brand kit for me but also shared the process, along with tips and tricks. If you are looking for systems and structure from someone who is truly authentic, I highly recommend Blair.
What's the difference between The In-Haus Workday and The Project?
The In-Haus Workday is a weekly retainer, one seven-hour day a week for a four-week minimum, best when you need consistent hands-on progress on a defined deliverable. The Project is full end-to-end ownership for something with more moving parts than weekly workdays can cover, its own timeline, budget, and scope. If you're not sure which one fits, start with The Scope and we'll work it out together.
Do I have to start with The Scope, or can I book straight into a service?
For The In-Haus Workday, it's best to start with The Scope first, as I want to make sure the fit and scope is right before we commit to a four-week block. The Scope is $150 for 45 minutes, and fully redeemable against the first workday, so we're not wasting time on briefing.
Are your services virtual or in-person?
All services are available virtually. If you're based in South East Queensland and prefer face-to-face, I'm available for in-person engagements. A travel fee may apply if you're more than 10km outside of the Brisbane CBD.
How quickly can we get started?
I only take on one In-Haus Workday client per month, so availability is genuinely limited. Since it's also a four-week weekly commitment, I'd recommend booking ahead if you have a specific start date in mind.
What's your payment policy?
The In-Haus Workday requires 50% of the four-week rate upfront upon booking, with the remaining 50% due at the end of the four-week commitment. I ask that clients review and accept my service agreement prior to any paid engagement.
What industries or business types do you work with?
I work with creative-led founders and small businesses across a wide range of industries. What fits into the creative-led category? Any business led by bold, right-brain thinking individuals or teams. If that sounds like you, we're probably a great fit.
Can I come back after my first engagement?
Absolutely, and I hope you do. Many clients complete a four-week In-Haus Workday block and either extend it or move into a Project when they're ready for something bigger, and once a Project wraps, there's always a next step I can be part of too.
