Do I have to start with The Hello, or can I book straight into a service?
For The Hello and The Deep Dive, you can book directly. For The Build and The Project, it's best to start with The Hello first as these are bigger engagements and we want to make sure the fit and scope is right before either of us commits.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
That's exactly what The Hello is for. Book a free 30-minute call and we'll work out together what makes the most sense for where your business is right now. Alternatively, you can submit an enquiry via our Contact Us page or email hello@loudhaus.com.au if you'd prefer to reach out first.
Are your services virtual or in-person?
All services are available virtually. If you're based in South East Queensland and prefer face-to-face, Loud Haus is available for in-person engagements. A travel fee may apply if you're more than 10km outside of the Brisbane CBD.
How quickly can we get started?
The Hello can usually be booked within a few days. Turnaround for The Deep Dive and The Build depends on availability and we recommend booking ahead if you have a specific timeframe in mind. The Project kick-off date is confirmed during scoping. We have limited capacity for each service tier and our availability will reflect this.
What does the debrief document look like?
Every debrief is built around your business specifically. There are no one-size-fits-all templates here. It could include a business or brand strategy, workflow and systems mappings, software, project or operational roadmaps. The content is dictated by what we work on.
What's your payment policy?
The Hello is free. The Deep Dive requires full payment upon booking. The Build and The Project require a 50% deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We require clients selecting The Deep Dive onwards to review and accept our service agreements prior to engagement.
What industries or business types do you work with?
Loud Haus works with creative-led founders and small businesses across a wide range of industries. What types of business fit into the creative-led category? Any that are led by bold and right-brain thinking individuals or teams. If that sounds like you, we could be a great fit.
Can I come back after my first engagement?
Absolutely, and we hope you do! Our services are designed to come and go as your business needs them. Many clients start with The Hello or Deep Dive and return for a Build or Project when they're ready. Once a Project wraps, there's always a next step and Loud Haus can be part of that too.
