In-Haus Day
Your fractional project partner, embedded in your team for the day.
- A 45-minute Pre-Day Brief, so the day starts with a plan, not bringing me up to speed
- A full day, hands-on executing behind the scenes or beside you
- An end-of-day handover, so you don’t have a list of questions
The Project
The CRM or ERP rollout, the team mentor program, or yearly client functions calendar. I own it from scope to handover.
- A 60-minute scoping session to lock deliverables, timeline and budget
- Your own project board and regular check-ins
- Contractors, suppliers and team communications managed by me
- A walkthrough and handover, so your team runs with it

What’s the difference between an In-Haus Day and The Project?
An In-Haus Day is one dedicated day of hands-on progress, with no long-term commitment. The Project is end-to-end ownership of something bigger than a day, with its own scope, timeline and budget. Not sure which fits? Book a complimentary Stand Up call.
Can I book an In-Haus Day multiple weeks in a row?
Yes. Book week to week, with no minimum and no lock-in. There’s one spot a week, so lock in your next day before the current one ends if momentum matters.
Are your services virtual or in-person?
Both. Everything works virtually, and I’m in person across South East Queensland (a travel fee may apply more than 10km from the Brisbane CBD).
How quickly can we get started?
In-Haus Days run Tuesday to Thursday, one a week, first come, first served. Book a Stand Up call, send an enquiry, or flick me an email to check availability.
What’s your payment policy?
In-Haus Days: 50% on booking, the rest within 7 days of the day. Projects: a 50% deposit on signing. Agreements go out once your deposit lands, and nothing’s confirmed until they’re signed.
What industries do you work with?
Growing businesses in any industry. Most are service-based, but I’m just as comfortable with product and e-commerce. I’ve worked in food and manufacturing, trades, beauty and hair, mining, education and government. What matters most is bold, right-brain thinking (and being fine with a bit of swearing).
Can I come back after my first engagement?
Absolutely, and I hope you do. Plenty of clients book In-Haus Days week to week, or move into a Project when they’re ready for more.
