The Project
Your next project, fully executed.
We're talking big, and beefy projects. Your annual staff event or conference, the Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) or Project Management Tool (PMS) implementation you've been dying to get off the ground, the internal program to onboard and nurture your people that's been needed for months. I take full ownership, from scoping to delivery.
The Project
We're not playing small with this service offering. A project with Loud Haus sees real operational change, and improvements.
- A Deep Dive scoping session to nail down deliverables, timeline, and budget before a single thing is built or actioned
- Full project ownership throughout, with your own project board, regular check-ins, or both, so you always know exactly where things stand without having to chase anyone
- Contractor, supplier, and internal team comms managed by me so nothing falls through the cracks and no one is left waiting on anyone else
- Workflows, automations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and integrations, for your software build. Nothing gets left behind
- A complete delivery walkthrough and handover so the project lands properly and your team can run with it from day one
- Planning and executing your bi-annual or annual stakeholder function or conference from concept to floor plan to follow-up, including venue, suppliers, run sheet, and every detail in between, so you show up and the room does exactly what it's supposed to do
- A complete software audit and overhaul. We pinpoint the right CRM, project management tool, or booking system for your business, then build it out from scratch.
- Building the people programs your growing team needs through a structured onboarding journey, a mentorship or buddy program, a culture and values workshop series, or a career path framework
Personalised marketing strategy and financial advice aren't my jam or expertise, but I know exactly who to send you to.
You finish with a project that's fully executed and integrated into your business. Fully documented, and handed over in a way you and your team can run with.
I came to Loud Haus with a website but no real business behind it. I'd built the front of house and completely neglected everything else. Loud Haus changed that.
They helped me build out a full business strategy, conduct a website audit, and finally gave me the structure and direction I didn't know I was missing. Loud Haus has a rare ability to take what's in your head and turn it into something tangible and actionable.
Blair is authentic, driven, and genuinely invested in the success of the people she works with. Loud Haus is the kind of business that will tell you exactly what you need to hear, then roll up their sleeves and help you get there. And don't let the distance stop you. I'm in Canberra and Blair is based in Brisbane, but even working remotely I could feel her passion and warmth through the screen.
I can't recommend Loud Haus enough. If you want to make some noise with your business, these are your people.
I came to Blair with my driving school idea, a car, and a very rough plan. Within weeks we had a business plan that made sense, a brand that didn't look like every other driving school, along with service offerings and pricing that reflected my eight years of experience.
Blair designed systems so I wasn't drowning in admin from day one, created my social media pages, and taught me so much about brand awareness and the importance of cohesive marketing.
What I didn't expect was how much Blair would challenge my thinking. She didn't just action what I asked for, she pushed me to get clear on what the business actually needed before I launched.
If you're starting something and you don't know where to begin, Blair is where you start.
Blair is an absolute master when it comes to strategy and business branding. It is clear that the advice comes from many years of experience. Blair not only put together an amazing brand kit for me but also shared the process, along with tips and tricks. If you are looking for systems and structure from someone who is truly authentic, I highly recommend Blair.
What's the difference between The In-Haus Workday and The Project?
The In-Haus Workday is a weekly retainer, one seven-hour day a week for a four-week minimum, best when you need consistent hands-on progress on a defined deliverable. The Project is full end-to-end ownership for something with more moving parts than weekly workdays can cover, its own timeline, budget, and scope. If you're not sure which one fits, start with The Scope and we'll work it out together.
Do I have to start with The Scope, or can I book straight into The Project?
For The Project, it's best to start with The Scope first, as this is a bigger engagement and I want to make sure the fit and scope is right before either of us commits. The Scope is $150 for 45 minutes, and fully redeemable against The Project, so we're not wasting time on briefing.
Are your services virtual or in-person?
All services are available virtually. If you're based in South East Queensland and prefer face-to-face, I'm available for in-person engagements. A travel fee may apply if you're more than 10km outside of the Brisbane CBD.
How quickly can we get started?
The Project kick-off date is confirmed during scoping. I have limited capacity and my availability will reflect this.
What's your payment policy?
The Project requires a 50% deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion. I ask that clients review and accept my service agreement prior to any paid engagement.
What industries or business types do you work with?
I work with creative-led founders and small businesses across a wide range of industries. What fits into the creative-led category? Any business led by bold, right-brain thinking individuals or teams. If that sounds like you, we're probably a great fit.
Can I come back after my first engagement?
Absolutely, and I hope you do. My services are designed to come and go as your business needs them. Many clients start with The Scope or The In-Haus Workday and return for a Project when they're ready, and once a Project wraps, there's always a next step I can be part of too.
