The Build
Most consultants just talk. Loud Haus builds. The Build is a dedicated day with an experienced operator working alongside you or flat-out working for you, delivering real, tangible outcomes your business can use from the moment the day ends.

- A dedicated day with Loud Haus working alongside you or delivering for you, structured entirely around what your business needs done
- Real deliverables completed and handed over. Not a to-do list, or a plan, actual work your business has wanted designed and implemented for a long time
- A 45-minute accountability check-in one to two weeks later to ensure the wheels haven't fallen off, and adapt anything that isn't working
You end the day with something your business didn't have when it started. Completed, handed over, and ready to use — with a clear path forward for whatever comes next.
The Project
You've had this project in the pipeline for months but you don't have the time or the team to make it happen. Loud Haus takes full ownership from initiation to delivery, hands on or hands off, so the project actually gets done.
- A scoping session to nail down desirables, timeline and budget before a single thing is built or actioned
- Full project ownership throughout — your own board, regular check-ins, or both, so you always know exactly where things stand without having to chase anyone
