The Deep Dive
You've been inside this business long enough that you can't always see where the problems are anymore, let alone which one to fix first. You know something isn't working, but every time you try to map it out you end up with a longer to-do list. The Deep Dive is 90 minutes with someone who isn't in the weeds with you, working to cut through the noise, identify the priorities, and map exactly what happens next, when, and how.
- Personalised pre-session questionnaire so we hit the ground running, not briefing
- A 90-minute structured session to workshop your top one or two priorities, starting at the beginning and ending with a clear picture of your desired outcomes and exactly how we get there
- Written debrief delivered within 24 hours, plus one week of follow-up Q&A support so nothing gets lost in translation once you're back in the thick of it
- Building the foundations of your business strategy, or pulling apart an outdated one and rebuilding it into something that actually reflects where you're headed, with a document you own at the end of it
- Auditing the workflows and processes that have started to slow everything down, because you and your team are spending more time managing the admin than doing the actual work
- A full tech stack diagnosis to work out whether the software you're running your business on is pulling its weight, and where automations or integrations could be buying back hours you're currently burning through
You walk away with clarity you didn't have going in, a written debrief and roadmap that's yours to keep, and someone in your corner for the week after so nothing loses momentum.
The Build
You've known what needs to be built for longer than you'd like to admit. The system that lives in your head and nowhere else, the process that's been held together with late nights and good intentions, the software that was supposed to make things easier and somehow never got properly set up. The Build is a dedicated day with Loud Haus working on exactly that, not a consultation and not a plan, but the actual thing, built, handed over, and ready to use.
- A pre-Build strategy session to scope exactly what we build, so the day itself is all execution and zero briefing
- A dedicated day with Loud Haus working alongside you or delivering for you, structured entirely around the specific systems, software, or processes your business needs done
- Real deliverables completed and handed over, not a to-do list or a plan, but the actual work your business has been wanting built, refined, or fixed
- A 45-minute accountability check-in one to two weeks later to make sure the wheels haven't come off and to adapt anything that isn't working
- An employee or client onboarding system that does more than tick a box, built to set up and nurture the most important people in your business from day one (aside from you, of course)
- A fully facilitated strategy session for you and your new or existing team, planned to the last detail and built to cultivate culture, get specific on direction, and properly map what you're actually doing and where you're going
- Processes and documentation your team can follow without you in the room or messaging you every five minutes while you're on holiday
- An operations manual or a set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) your business can run on while you're building the vision, because the goal is to get almost everything out of your head and into a system that works without you holding it together

Do I have to start with The Hello, or can I book straight into a service?
For The Hello and The Deep Dive, you can book directly. For The Build, it's best to start with The Hello first as it's a bigger engagement and we want to make sure the fit and scope is right before either of us commits.
What does the debrief document look like?
Every debrief is built around your business specifically. There are no one-size-fits-all templates here. It could include workflow and systems mappings, software or operational roadmaps, or a business strategy document. The content is dictated by what we work on together.
Are your services virtual or in-person?
All services are available virtually. If you're based in South East Queensland and prefer face-to-face, Loud Haus is available for in-person engagements. A travel fee may apply if you're more than 10km outside of the Brisbane CBD.
How quickly can we get started?
The Hello can usually be booked within a few days. Turnaround for The Deep Dive and The Build depends on availability, and we recommend booking ahead if you have a specific timeframe in mind. We have limited capacity for each service and our availability will reflect this.
What's your payment policy?
The Hello is free. The Deep Dive requires full payment upon booking. The Build requires a 50% deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We require clients selecting The Deep Dive onwards to review and accept our service agreements prior to engagement.
