The Build
You know exactly what needs to happen. The thing has been on the list for longer than is comfortable to admit, and every time you get close to it, something else takes priority. The Build is a focused day with Loud Haus working on that specific deliverable, from the planning call before to the handover at the end, not a meeting and not a strategy session, but a dedicated day to get s*** done.
- A pre-Build strategy session to scope exactly what we deliver, so the day itself is all execution and zero briefing
- A dedicated day with Loud Haus working on your project, hands on alongside you or flat-out delivering for you, structured entirely around the specific thing your project needs
- Real outcomes handed over at the end of the day, not a brief and not a plan, but the actual thing your project needed built
- A 45-minute accountability check-in one to two weeks later to make sure what we built is working and to adapt anything that isn't
- A project kickoff kit built from scratch in a day, the brief, the timeline, an actionable RACI framework, and the communication plan, so the project moves beyond the initiation stage and actually has something to build from
- A team offsite or team building event designed and coordinated end to end, from venue and activity bookings through to the run sheet and outcomes framework, with someone making it happen on the day rather than just sending a deck the week before
- A brand or business rollout document your team needs when something new is going live, whether that's a rebrand, a new service, a new tool, or a new process, so everyone is on the same page from day one
- An event concept and planning foundation for a smaller upcoming event, mapping out the full brief, venue shortlist, supplier contacts, and run of show so you have everything you need to move forward with confidence

The Project
This is the one that keeps getting pushed, the event that was going to happen last year, the CRM or PMS implementation you've been dying to actually get off the ground, or the internal program you've mapped out more than once and never taken the first step on. You don't have the team, the time, or the headspace to give it what it needs, and you know it. Loud Haus takes it on completely, from scoping to delivery, managing every moving part so the project actually happens the way you envisioned it.
- A Deep Dive scoping session (included) to nail down deliverables, timeline, and budget before a single thing is built or actioned
- Full project ownership throughout, with your own project board, regular check-ins, or both, so you always know exactly where things stand without having to chase anyone for an update
- Contractor, supplier, and internal team comms managed so nothing falls through the cracks and no one is left waiting on anyone else
- Complete delivery walkthrough and handover documentation so the project lands properly and your team can run with it
- Planning and executing your bi-annual or annual stakeholder function from concept to floor plan to follow-up, including venue, suppliers, run sheet, and every detail in between, so you show up and the room does exactly what it's supposed to do
- Building the people programs your growing team actually needs to stick around and develop, whether that's a structured onboarding journey, a mentorship or buddy program, a culture and values workshop series, or a career pathing framework

What's the difference between The Build and The Project?
The Build is a single, focused day, best for a contained deliverable you need completed. The Project is full end-to-end ownership across one to four weeks, for something that has moving parts, a team, or a scope that's too big to tackle in a day. If you're not sure which one fits, start with The Hello and we'll work it out together.
Do I have to start with The Hello, or can I book straight into a service?
For The Build and The Project, it's best to start with The Hello first, as these are bigger engagements and we want to make sure the fit and scope is right before either of us commits. The Hello is free, takes 30 minutes, and means the day or project itself is all execution with zero wasted time on briefing.
Are your services virtual or in-person?
All services are available virtually. If you're based in South East Queensland and prefer face-to-face, Loud Haus is available for in-person engagements. A travel fee may apply if you're more than 10km outside of the Brisbane CBD.
How quickly can we get started?
The Hello can usually be booked within a few days. The Build depends on availability, and we recommend booking ahead if you have a specific timeframe in mind. The Project kick-off date is confirmed during scoping. We have limited capacity for each service and our availability will reflect this.
What's your payment policy?
The Hello is free. The Build and The Project both require a 50% deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We require clients to review and accept our service agreements prior to any paid engagement.

Can I come back after my first engagement?
Absolutely, and we hope you do. Our services are designed to come and go as your business needs them. Many clients start with The Hello or a Build and return for a Project when they're ready, and once a Project wraps, there's always a next step that Loud Haus can be part of too.
